Lee Vineyard

Lead Master Instructor

Mr. Vineyard is the Lead Master Instructor of the N.N.S.C. He has extensive experience in Law Enforcement and Security that expands over three decades.   Mr. Vineyard has published three books and is one of the leading authorities on Nightclub Protection (Security); he has worked as a trainer for the Liquor Control Board and was a TAM Instructor and now over see's the training and certification for the National Nightclub Security Council.

 

His recent activities include writing his fourth book, teaching Martial Arts and working with public officials and Legislative to implement a law that would require all night club and bar owners to have their security staff (Bouncers) certified. ​

​

 Mr. Vineyard holds a Masters in Criminal Justice and a Ninth Degree Black Belt in Yu Won Musul. 

 

In 2002 he received an award from United State House of Representatives and in 2004 from Congress for his work in the field of law enforcement and security.

Dekoda Hurman

 Instructor

Mr. Hurman is a Sr, Instructor in Yu Won Musul, Krav Maga Jujitsu and Boxing. He is also an Instructor of the N.N.S.C. He has extensive experience in Security and Self Defense and worked for the Jefferson County Department of Correction

Jeffrey Jannarone

New Jersey - Master Instructor

Jeff Jannarone is uniquely qualified to investigate matters pertaining to dram shop and liquor liability. As a Master Trainer in the Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) program, as well as a former Officer and Sergeant in the Rutgers University Police Department, Jeff has hands-on experience from every side of the issue. Jeff’s casework includes matters pertaining to the sale and service of alcohol as well as police practice and procedures.

Thomas Jannarone

New Jersey - Instructor / Attorney

Over three decades of real-life operational experience to his vast legal knowledge, Mr. Jannarone has thrived in the nightclub and hospitality industry since 1984. Mr. Jannarone regularly consults liquor license holders, operators, and managers in all aspects of operation, entertainment and promotion.

Mr. Jannarone reviews law suits, drafts reports and testifies as an expert witness for both the Plaintiff and Defense bar in connection with liquor license operation, alcoholic beverage server liability, and premise security.

​

Mr. Jannarone is a published hospitality writer. He has given numerous lectures and classes on the law and nightclub business for organizations such as the New Jersey Licensed Beverage Association, New Jersey Restaurant Association, National Restaurant Association, Nightclub and Bar Magazine (at their International Trade Show) and Rutger’s University.

Lou Bonito

Connecticut - Instructor

Mr. Bonito worked for the State of Connecticut, Department of Correction for 20 plus years. During that time he worked as a Correctional Officer, a Treatment Officer, and a Counselor. In 2008, he assisted the DOC as an instructor for the Windsor, South Windsor, and Manchester Police Departments. He has also worked in Private Security and has a solid educational background. Over the years he has trained many different organizations in Connecticut including the New Haven Board of Education, many private schools, a large number of businesses.
